Our Helsinki office combines a firmly established full service local practice with first class cross-border capabilities and reach enabled by our international offices.

We serve both Finnish and international corporate clients in all areas of business law. We take pride in our deep understanding of the businesses in which our clients operate. This means being fully conversant with current business, market and technical issues in addition to possessing an in-depth expertise in the law and regulation of each relevant industry sector.

The Helsinki office is staffed by 52 employees, including 36 lawyers, and 16 support staff. The office is headed by Managing Partner Jori Taipale.
