We advise the users of Information Technology on all legal issues relating to their acquisition and use of IT and we provide a full range of legal services to IT companies, including advising on commercial, corporate, employment and dispute resolution matters.

The international nature, size and specialist nature of our team of IT lawyers means that we provide prompt and focused advice on the issues that concern the users and providers of IT services. Specialist areas that we have particular expertise on include legal issues relating to the provision of on-line services on an international basis, large-scale infrastructure implementations (particularly involving the Public Sector), IT disputes (particularly ERP projects) and corporate transactions in the IT industry.

Other areas of specialist expertise relate to the use of open source software in a business environment, the legal implications of software as a service and virtualisation and the support of Indian IT companies do business within Europe.
