In Paris, the Competition team is led by Michel Roseau and Claude Lazarus.

The team now includes eight lawyers, including two Counsels, Laurent Nouvel and Julie Catala-Marty.

The team’s expertise covers numerous fields of operation, including control of concentrations, anti-competitive practices (cartels, abuse of a dominant position), horizontal and vertical agreements, compliance programmes), restrictive practices, as well as State aids. The team works closely with other Bird & Bird teams such as: Corporate, Public law and Intellectual Property.
