The Privacy & Data Protection department assists and advises both international and French clients, either companies or public service administrations, in the various fields of protection of personal data and privacy, more particularly in the following activities:

  • Advice and assistance on all matters relating to data protection and privacy, whether French or international : consistency with EU Directives and other international standards on personal data protection, international data protection issues (transfers of personal data, outsourcing, Binding Corporate Rules, e-discovery, …) use of personal data for marketing purposes, monitoring of employees, anti money-laundring, health and research purposes…
  • Assistance with legal actions, data breaches, litigations and proceedings, complaints and inspections from data protection Authorities,
  • Compliance audits, global management and coordination of data protection and privacy compliance actions,
  • Notifications and authorisation requests to the CNIL in France, as well as to Data Protection Authorities in other countries.
