We will explore key data protection developments, including the ProLife Alliance decision and criminal sanctions for data breaches.

Outside of our box: Data protection in other countries
17.05 - 17.30

In the last few months India and a number of South American countries have enacted or revised their laws regarding data protection. We will explore some of these developments and the impact that these changes may have on UK entities. This session will also look at recent trends in adequacy.
